Sunday Morning Mashup of NBC MEET THE PRESS:
CHRIS DODD
May 18, 2008
Obama Supporter, Chris Dodd is happy to draw similarities between Bush and McCain...
"John McCain is very much a supporter of where President Bush has been and where he is today. In fact, he's changed his view on some of these major issues in this last number of weeks, on tax policy, on the war in Iraq, the other day announcing he's now, all of a sudden, discovered that we ought to be out of there by 2013. That's a very different John McCain than even a few days ago. So clearly, I think associating the policies of this failed administration in foreign policy with a candidate who embraces the same view is very legitimate."

Sunday Morning Mashup of NBC MEET THE PRESS:
KARL ROVE
May 18, 2008
On Fox News Sunday, Karl Rove looks at the General Election Strategy of tying McCain to Bush.
"The American people are going to make a judgement about John McCain and nobody is going to sit out there and confuse John McCain and George Bush. They were rivals at one point. They've run against each other. They have different opinions and different ideas, different life experiences. It is a mistake for the Democrats to count on simply saying McCain-Bush Bush-MCain and expect to win this fall."

May 11, 2008
Former Senator John Edwards reflects on Hillary Clinton's recent campaign.
"Actually, as I've been watching her campaign in the last few weeks, I think she's become a stronger and stronger candidate. She's been making a pretty compelling case for her candidacy. The problem is, I think you can no longer make a compelling case for the math. The math is very, very hard for her."
