Sunday Morning Mashup of NBC MEET THE PRESS: Clinton supporter, Harold Ickes was asked if he was pleased with the Rules and Bylaws Committee's negotiation of the original Obama Michigan Proposal down to the final compromise.... "Well, the 50/50 would have hijacked 9 delegates. It would have taken 9 delegates from Hillary and at one point I said 'Why not? Why stop there? Just take them all.' There's no basis, in any reasonable way, there's no basis for taking any delegates from her. Yesterday's resolution took 4 delegates from her. It violates a fundamental precept of our delegate selection rule which is Fair Reflection."
