2.12 By using iNewsTube.com and Services you recognize that user submitted Content are public and not private and may be viewable and tracked back to the user that submitted the Content.
2.13 By using iNewsTube.com and Services you recognize and agree that other users may contact and solicit you through your profile page. By using iNewsTube.com and Services you waive your right to claim any legal damages for any wanted, unwanted, solicited or unsolicited messages through this Site or any information gained through this Site.
2.14 You and iNewsTube.com are separate and independent entities. The use of iNewsTube.com and Services will in no way constitute or create a partnership or any type of joint business relationship.

2.50 CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENTS

2.51 iNewsTube.com users will be defined as a 'Classified Advertisement Submitter' if the user submits or applies to display content including, but not limited to the purposes of, the sale, request to purchase, and promotion of any goods or services, events, employment, real estate, or apartment within iNewstube.com.
2.52 Classified Advertisements Submitter must follow the USER CONDUCT found in section 2.00. If you do not agree with the USER CONDUCT terms, do not submit a Classified Advertisement.
2.53. Classified Advertisement constitutes as USER SUBMITTED CONTENT and must follow the terms as described in section 2.00.
2.54 Classified Advertisements may not contain goods and services including, but not limited to: pornographic material, illegal goods or services, firearms and weapons, alcohol and tobacco goods, prescription drugs, pets, gambling or gambling contests, body parts, blood, or hazardous materials. We reserve the right to reject any Classified Advertisement application.
2.55 Information and content found on Classified Advertisements featured in iNewsTube.com are the sole responsibility and liability of the Classified Advertisement Submitter.
2.56 Any contact including, but not limited to the communication via phone, email, mail made by an iNewstube.com user regarding or in response to a Classified Advertisement within iNewsTube.com constitutes as the user becoming a 'Classified Advertisement Responder'.
2.57 iNewsTube.com makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the Classified Advertisements.
2.58 Any communication or contact between Classified Advertisement Submitters and Classified Advertisement Responders is done solely between parties outside of, not at any control of, and does not involve iNewsTube.com.
2.59 iNewsTube.com has no responsibility or liability in the Contract creation or Contractual mediation, bargaining, negotiation, litigation and court fees between Classified Advertisement Submitter and Classified Advertisement Responder.
2.60 iNewsTube.com will not be liable for any Classified Advertisements inaccuracies, misrepresentations, misleadings, deception, or damages due to any transactions between the Classified Advertisement Submitter and Classified Advertisement Responder.
2.61 iNewsTube.com will not enforce any contractual agreement between the Classified Advertisement Submitter and Classified Advertisement Responder.
2.62 iNewsTube.com does not guarantee any sale, response, increased publicity, or visibility due to the the submission of a Classified Advertisement.
2.63 The Classified Advertisement Submitter is aware that iNewsTube.com is in 'Beta' stage. iNewsTube.com will likely change the website layout, content and format in which may result in the unlikely event in which the website will be non-functional or not available to the public for a period of time.
2.64 iNewsTube.com does not guarantee the constant continuous appearance or visibility of Classified Advertisements.
2.65 iNewsTube.com servers are maintained by a third-party company outside the control of iNewsTube.com. iNewsTube.com and the website's third-party service providers will not be responsible for time the website is non-functional or not available to the public.
2.66 If Classified Advertisement Submitter finds that their Classified Ad does not appear on iNewsTube.com for a period of 4 hours or more, the only possible recourse granted at the sole discretion of the owners of iNewsTube.com will be an additional day or more in which the Classified Advertisement appears. If the iNewsTube.com website becomes non-functional for more than 24 hours, at the sole discretion of the owners of iNewsTube.com a full or partial refund of payment will be granted.

2.68 If you you choose to litigate or mediate any dispute or disagreement you agree to provide full payment of iNewsTube.com's defense attorneys, transportation, meals and court fees prior to start of litigation or mediation regardless of the outcome of the case.
2.69 We reserve the right to remove the Classified Advertisement after payment and publication without refund for violating any Term of Use or anything we deem reasonably offensive. 3.00 LOGOS, TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

3.10 The iNewsTube.com logo and design may not be used without express written consent and permission from iNewsTube.com, other than for attribution.
3.20 The iNewsTube.com logo may not be used without the express written consent and permission of iNewsTube.com.
3.30 All trademarks, service marks and/or trade names that appear on the Site that are not iNewsTube.com marks are the trademarks of their respective owners. References to any names, marks, products or Services of third parties do not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of the third party or the products or Services.
3.40 You acknowledge that Content accessible to you on the Site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, data rights, publicity or privacy rights or other intellectual property rights and laws. B. Any breach of any Term of Services
